    Frequently Asked Questions

    Tap the ‘Start Trak‘ button on the main screen, or use your NFC tag if configured. Make sure Location Permissions are enabled on your phone!

    Business Trips are for work-related travel and can be exported for expense reports.

    Personal Trips are for your own records. You can change the Trip Type when starting or edit it later.

    Go to Trip History, select the trips you want to export, and choose your preferred format (PDF, CSV or Excel). You can export individual trips or multiple trips at once!

    Ensure GPS is enabled, Location Permissions are to ‘Allow all the Time‘, and you’re not in battery saver mode. Also check that TripTrak isn’t being optimized by battery settings.

    Go to Vehicle Settings and follow the NFC setup wizard. Simply hold your NFC tag near your phone and follow the prompts to configure automatic trip starting.

    Yes! Tap on any trip in your Trip History to view details and edit information like trip type, notes or client assignment.

    Use the ‘Client Management‘ section in the navigation menu to add, edit, or organize your business clients. You can then assign trips to specific clients.

    Yes, your Location data is stored locally on your device and only shared when you explicitly export or backup your tips. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
